* Ordered 2 sets of this product. * Installed to the window as the dash positioning was not good on my vehicle * Suction cup works good! * Removed from windshield a couple of times trying in different places; suction was not lost * The telescopic arm allows for flexibility and works well * Set up vent clip but haven’t used quite as much yet but is sturdy and stable * Nice flexibility to use phone either vertically or horizonally * Easy to add phone and remove from unit * Directions clear * Product is just as show in pictures * Have used for 2 months – winter only – thus far * No complaints – recommend
UPDATE: One Complaint (as mentioned above – I bought 2 of these units; 1 for myself, another for a spouse)
* Each box came with a promotional card offering a ” Free Car Vent Phone Mount” – just email them with the order ID. Thought this would be great! One could have available both mounts and use either by just moving your phone – rather than unscrewing the phone mount from one and repostitioning onto the other – potentially weakening the mount components, not to mention the potential of damaging the vent if you did not take the clip off the vent before positioned the phone mount to it.
* Emailed as stated – providing an order ID (showing 2 complete units purchased)
* Company would not honor the promotion for each unit ordered.
* Company replied that only 1 promotion per ORDER is allowed.
* VERY Disappointed! The promotional insert in each box does not state only 1 free mount per order. If more than one unit is ordered and each box contains the promotion that seems to imply that each unit should be due the promotion.
* THUS, if you intend to purchase more than one unit (and should the promotion continue) – make them separate orders if you would like the company to honor their promotion.

I really couldn’t be happier with this phone holder. The suction cup mount is STRONG—I had a pretty difficult time getting it off my windshield, so you can trust that this thing isn’t going anywhere. The extendable arm is long enough that it worked even with my weird dashboard/windshield angle.
I actually ended up not using the suction cup mount because my phone was taking up more of my field of vision than I preferred, but that wasn’t really the mount’s fault more than it was an issue of my tiny car and personal preference. I was hesitant to use the vent clip mount because I was worried about sturdiness and whether the weight of my phone might damage the vent. The mount was surprisingly secure and ended up being exactly the perfect spot to put my phone. It didn’t block my view but I was still able to see my phone very easily. I got it ahead of a road trip and made it the 10+ hours between my home and destination with absolutely no issues. Highly recommended, I would 100% buy this again.

I’ve only used this for couple weeks so far but has stayed in place, easy to use.
Only recommendation when going to install with suction cap, have your phone in the holder. I stuck it on and realised it was not going to fit phone between dash and windscreen (I know rookie) and was hard to get suction cap off again. Was very well stuck. Initially was sceptical of suction cap as never seen one work, but must admit works nearly too well at times.
