As far as tints go this works fine and I get good use out of it for the price (more than 12 tints though I only do my brows). I always go through the dye tube faster than the developer solution but that was the same with Julienne (I used to get that in from the UK). This offers a darker black (blue black) so I switched back. Don’t use the included plastic stick to apply it. Useless. I use a mascara spoolie. Clean an old one or buy a disposable pack for a couple of bucks. It’s not hard to make a shape people just aren’t doing it right. Slap it on, make a mess everywhere it doesn’t matter. I don’t even bother with Vaseline. Get some cotton buds and then make your shape afterwards by wiping off what you don’t want. Boom. It takes me a few minutes to do my brows. Lashes, I hate tinting because I have white blond lashes and I can never get the root and my lashes are too sparse to bother with the 2 day eye redness that follows. As for lasting power, not great but then tints never did last for 6 weeks for me professional or otherwise. It’s gotten worse this year. I don’t know if it’s the product or if it’s my tretinoin stripping the dye.

I have been using this product for several years now, and it does wonders for my eyebrows. The tinting lasts for several weeks, and it looks like the tint I used to have done at a salon before I started using this kit. This is so because the results look natural and polished and it doesn’t tint my skin at all. The kit comes with everything you need, so you don’t need any extra tool or container to develop and use the product. I sometimes use the product to tint the grey hairs around my temples.
I have sensitive skin but I have never had any problem with this product.
I have never used this for tinting my eyelashes, so I cannot comment on that.
SO-SO 1/ They seem to have changed the formula recently and the colouring doesn’t last as much on my eyebrows and it is not as saturated as it used to be. 2/ The quantity of accelerator and tinting cream is not balanced, so I usually finish the tube with the colouring and the developing liquid bottle is still half full.
MIND Allow extra time if you have some grey hairs.

I do enjoy the product, and it works amazing…for the first 48hours. Saying that “the colour will last up to 6 weeks” is a big claim, it does in fact only last a few days if you’re cleansing your face on a regular basis. It is easy to apply and takes no time at all, but I think it’s quite an expensive product for the longevity (or lack there of).
Anyway I will continue to use it on my eyelashes as I get them regularly lifted and now will not require the tint as this package will last me quite a few more uses.

I found this works really well and saves me the time of filling my eyebrows and applying mascara every day. I also find it lasts for minimum 4 weeks, but only if it’s applied to actual hair. I suspect a lot of commenter claiming it doesn’t last long are expecting to dye their skin in an eyebrow shape or something. It dyes hair for several weeks and skin for a couple days. Use an angled brush to apply to brows. Also the little under eye shields are so thin and stuck together you probably have more than you think you do.

This works as a eyebrow and eyelash dye very well it will do it job, however in my experience with it, it only lasted 2 days max. I do wash my fash every morning and night with cleanser but I made sure to leave my eyebrows dry and still the dye only lasted 2 days. Maybe this will last longer if you don’t use skincare as often but that was my experience.

I was pretty scared as I’ve got red hair and light eyebrows. I’d had them done professionally before and just recently but they needed doing and I wanted to try myself. Very easy to use. Doesn’t seem like it mixes well, but I’ve used the brand for my eyelashes before and it was the same. I only left it on for 3 minutes as I didn’t want to overdo it the first time. I was really surprised! The colour was perfect, medium brown which was a much better colour than I get done professionally. Much more natural. I used vaseline the first time to ensure I didn’t get dye anywhere else (didn’t bother the next time). I didn’t get down to the roots and missed a couple so I touched it up about a week later. Once again, I didn’t leave it on for long but so easy to quickly touch up. I’ll leave it on longer next time, so it hopefully lasts longer as well. Don’t think it’s extremely long lasting but so quick/easy/cheap that it’s worth it. The colour is much more natural for me so I’ll continue to do it myself.

I used to spend at least $50 a month getting my brows tinted and threaded, however I decided to try this DIY tint about 2 years ago and haven’t looked back!
One box lasts me about 8 months. It’s VERY easy to use after the first couple of goes and works well. I just use this to tint and then I pluck my brows and often get comments about how nice they are.
I use a little plastic egg cup to mix in and leave it on for about 6 minutes. My hair/brow colour is naturally dark blonde.
