I wanted a case that was more robust that the silicon skin types that are readily available and after a lot of back and forth this looked a good choice in terms of cost and functionality. It is exactly what I wanted and does a great job.
The first thing to note is that the case does not have its own hinge, it relies on the hinge of the Airpod case, so the lid is held on by an adhesive pad – you get a spare pad too. The case material itself is a nice tough slightly rubberised plastic, it has a nice feel and has lots of texture so won’t be slippery to hold like the Airpod case itself. The next thing is that all the case features are still exposed, the LED, the speaker and microphone and there’s a decent gap around the charging socket. It does cover the lanyard hole, but provides a separate carabiner for that purpose. I believe the lanyard hole may also be an aerial of some description, so no idea if that is impacted as a result if it is.
The magnets on the lid are great, there’s a really solid connection and it requires a reasonable amount of effort to open, so no accidental opening of the lid anymore when in a bag or pocket. The magnets on the back are perfectly positioned for Apple’s Magsafe charger that you would use for your iPhone. There are no magnets to use an Apple Watch wireless charger, although it still will charge the Airpods through the case if you use one, just it’s not fixed in place.
It also comes with a very useful release tool that uses the lightning charger socket to push the Airpod case out of the ESP case. I haven’t tried it myself, because experience tells me cases never go back quite as well as the first time they are used, but this could be different given it’s a specific tool and the case is very robust.
Finally, I did also get a cleaning brush which was not mentioned in the description that I saw, so that was a very pleasant bonus.

Great looking case that offers near perfect protection and features. The magnates are super strong. They keep the lid closed so tight that breaking their bonds might startle you the first few times you crack it open. The rear case magnets are also an awesome feature to attach to MagSafe charger mounts.

So i bought this case to replace a clear case that had turned yellow from use. I must say the durability of the case is outstanding! The magnets for charging really work and can hold the airpods in the air!
Now for the lid magnets. No more accidentally losing or misplacing the airpods because the lid opened in your bag or pocket! There isnt much else to say about the case except just BUY IT NOW! 😀

The ESR Cyber Armour Case with HaloLock is really great Air Pro Case. It fits very snug and even come with adhesive sticker in the inside to make sure it’s never coming ofF. Very strong magnets in the lid are probably my favourite feature. If you drop this case, they make sure the Air Pods don’t come flying out. The case looks good, and has a spot of a carabiner (Which comes provided). Over all a fantastic case from a great brand.

This case is very good because it fits the Apple Airpods Pro Gen 2 like a glove. The exterior is study and keeps the case safe. The lid does not come off and also has a sticky patch to keep it in place. The case does work with the larger magsafe charger but it does not work with the smaller Apple Watch magsafe charger. This is the only drawback. Highly recommend.

Just got this from Amazon after reading a review. I have always been nervous about dropping the case. Now I feel a lot happier without it being too bulky iny pocket. Comes with a small Dring/clip that I have not opted to connect. Like the included brush for keeping things clean. It would be nice to have a small lanyard as an option, just like Apple, they provide the space for one but they don’t include it …. 🫤. Have to wait how it goes after a few weeks of trialling. Simple intuitive installation. Four stars, as no lanyard.
