Low priced generic stand. Not exactly the best quality, as to be expected, but sturdy enough. It does the job. Important to mention there are points of exposed metal where potentially damaging metal-on-wood contact could be made with instrument if extreme care is not taken. Have seen worse, but best to cover these over with something soft for peace of mind. Slightly flawed design as such but still quite reasonable value for money. Might grab a few more at this price.

This is a very lightweight and affordable stand. It’s not terrible but I wouldn’t buy one again. It’s too unstable for my liking compared to other affordable brands. The piece that holds the neck up can sometimes become easily dislodged and fall down after you remove a guitar from the stand. Not a big deal, you just have to remember to put it back up before stowing your guitar again. That’s not something one typically has to do with a guitar stand. Overall it gets the job done but I would spend a couple extra dollars and buy a more robust product.

Setup in 30seconds or less. Not as “sturdy” as the (red) onstage brand I have for my electric guitar, about half the weight and with a slightly smaller footprint. However, once placed, it is sturdy – and while I wouldn’t put a heavy electric bass guitar on this stand, it is perfect for an acoustic guitar and most electric guitars unless the they are super long or heavy. At half the price of an “onstage” / most other brands, im satisfied and this is worth keeping.

I like that it is rubber / neoprene padded eveywhere the guitar contacts. My onstage stand required me to put a piece of felt where the guitar neck rests. The onstage is a more stable and sturdy stand overall, but for $17CDN this beats keeping the guitar in its travel case when not playing it.

It looks modern and high end. If you aren’t trying to “match it” to one you already have, I would not hesitate to buy this. It came very fast too

It has one job – keep my electric Fender upright! Mission accomplished! Only annoying thing is when you remove guitar, the bottom mount isn’t fixed in place and you often need to jiggle before remount – 1st world problems though and no complaints for the price paid – does the job!

Things to know: (As you will see on the photos)

    PROS
    1. Easy to assemble
    2. Very light

    CONS
    1. The highest adjustment of the metal tube that supports the neck can only set to between 10th and 8th fret; setting the height to max will make the stand bent backwards – thus making it unstable for the load because the rod that supports it is shorter than the other two
    2. If you make the height to its lowest (or whatever that will suit your guitar’s size), then the metal joint (i.e., the foldable part of the stand where the neck holder and the tube meets) will start touching the back of the guitar, therefore give it a scratch (see up-close photo)

Conclusion, I won’t recommend if you intend to use it for acoustic (especially if you have dreadnought). It can definitely hold electric guitar, but I would give it more thoughts considering the weight of an electric guitar versus the stability and weight of this stand.

Great lightweight guitar/bass holder which is safe and sturdy and is also compact as it can be folded up and stored away. Easy to set up and in less than 2 mins you have a stand ready to go

This is good in a pinch. My issue lies with the bottom of the stand (*Not the base, but the piece that holds the body of your guitar). Unless I’m missing something, it really isn’t that sturdy. It will hold your guitar! The problem really only occurs when there is NO guitar on it. The piece folds in half, which is excellent for portability, but it doesn’t have any kind of locking mechanism. That being said, the attachment to the neck of the stand doesn’t prevent the piece from rotating, which means you’ll constantly have to spin it back right-side up before you can put your guitar back. It doesn’t bother me too much, just a bit of an obnoxious extra step. Overall, it’s fine for the money.

Sometimes when you read reviews people tend to highlight issues that are not really there. In this case it was that the stand isn’t stable with their guitar on it. I didn’t find that to be the case at all. It holds my full sized dreadnaught guitar no problem. The only real way of tipping it over is intentionally, don’t place this somewhere where people would be walking into it and your good. I like that this stand comes with a strap to hold the guitar in place for a little extra peace of mind. It’s small and does an exceptional job for the price.

It can fit both my electric guitar and bass, but it constantly flips when I remove for play which collapses the base arms of the stand. Its very sturdy but its a minor annoyance that almost everytime I play a sesh I’ll have to flip the bottom part upsidedown. If you’re a normal person, this thing works and is worth the price.
