These handwarners are great. I did an overnight hike in the snow and 3 pairs of socks wasn’t enough for sleeping. I put a couple of these on each feet between the socks and they kept my feet nice and warm allowing me to sleep.

I picked these up for a trip to Tasmania – I only needed them on a couple of the days and they retained their heat all day! I even put one inside my knee guard for a while. If they start to cool down, shake them in the air again to wake them up. Lasted up to 10 hrs, but were cooling down towards the end.
