I have high IQ rats that could not be caught using various types of snap traps. The Owltra Rodent trap quickly caught 3 large rats. I used digestive biscuits as bait and spread the bait in small pieces from the entrance to the bait tray at the other end. The rats were very cautious, as one took 5 days of nibbling before reaching deep inside the trap to get electrocuted.

El diseño es para ratones pequeños ya que por ahí vi una rata grande y está no puedo entrar por sus dimensiones, así que considera está parte por si tienes ratas tipo conejo. Compré el kit de 2 unidades una la si a mis suegros y ellos tenían un ratón que no habían logrado atrapar con las típicas trampas de pegamento y la de jaula de metal, pero con esta trampa al siguiente día cayó matando eficazmente al ratón. Ambas trampas funcionan sin problema, serán una gran ayuda para exterminar mientras tú duermes o no estás en casa.

After 12 months of use I can honestly say that this is the best method for mice eradication. The mice die instantly and presumably less suffering compared to other means (bait poison, noose, drowning). Simply open up and throw it outside for predators to eat.

I seen a rat or mabe 2 in my yard so I bought this hoping it would zap them done deal the rat was able to get the bait out (cheese) hotdog second time knock over trap burn out batteries so I used a ups cord nope same thing got out with the bait eaten

I thought maybe it just wasn’t working. But after two weeks, I changed the location and caught a BIG rat the first night after moving it. Very easy to remove the rat. Just slide the top up and off, tip it over on the ground, and bag it. Very impressed! No blood and guts, very nice and clean and ready to reset. I used about 2 tbsp of Swiss fondue cheese in the bait area, and the rat didn’t even get to it.
