I bought it so that my wife and I could use it when doing our gym exercises, so I am very happy with it.

I was really impressed with the sound quality and seamless integration with my iOS device. I’ve never had such a stable set of Bluetooth headphones. The sound is fantastic too, I have a set of Sony over ear headphones their flagship (WH-1000XM4) and feel these are on par or perhaps better. The aluminum charging container is robust and works well as it keeps your headphones charged (and safe) whilst not in use. I did a lot of research before buying these and saw a common complaint by owners that the earpiece would not charge if it wasn’t seated correctly in the case making me think it was a loose or unsecured fit. No, these individuals just didn’t pay attention when putting them back in the case as there is a magnetic fastening system and they “clip” into place. Never had this issue and perhaps because I’m conscious of the possibility… anyway. If you pay attention they’ll charge reliably. Integration with iOS is best I’ve seen (do not own wireless apple headphones) and sound great, ideal for for the gym and they stay in my ears.

Easy on the ears and can be used all day. Clear and crisp sound, all range covered.

The battery life is great. They are a little hard to get into your ear, but once in really stable and solid. No need to readjust at any point (although I now seem to have a tick that makes me want to!). Charging case is quite big. Oddly they have also gone lightening cable, rather than the newer USB-C standard some apple devices use. Overall quite nice though if you can get over the small niggles.

I’ve had a pair of these for nearly a year, and they’ve been with me through a lot of work. Crawling under houses and exercising at night, these haven’t let me down once.
Sound quality is great, battery life is incredibly good. The case for these earphones are pretty large, but not to the point of it ever being an issue.
There are some occasional bugs. Sometimes one earbud will refuse to connect and you have to put them both back into the case and take them out again, sometimes one bud will refuse to charge. Doesn’t happen often though.

Ear piece is at a bad angle making it hard to put in

These sound amazing and the integration with Apply products is so simple! I purchased these to replace a cheaper pair of headphones and the quality difference is amazing and worth every cent!

Powerbeats pro truely wireless – I’ve had to return a new pair as the buttons didn’t depress properly out of the box. The well-known quality issues and general design of the charging pod unfortunately ruin what should be a near-perfect experience. There is really great battery life and comfort (user subjective), and with properly fitted tips the isolation is exceptional unless you must have ANC. These are still the best earbuds for very long runs (>than 4 hours). I will wait for a new model that hopefully comes out in 2023

According to Apple Support, I only have 7 months of warranty support on this item. It should be 12. Which makes me think Amazon have sold me a set of refurbished headphones while advertising as new. Unnaceptable.

– Bought this phone after trying to do some sports (running / bouldering & climbing) with a Jabra.
This feels much better and it doesn’t need to go deep inside your ears, and the part that wraps behind your ear will secure it in place so the phones won’t be constantly dropping or require readjustment when moving a lot.
– As the main use for this was for sports, I have no complaints against the sound quality and I’m not expecting it to be as good as my computer headphones.
– Battery life is good, never ran out of battery, but I use it for gym sessions so not more than 2-3 hours at once. You can put them back in the case and that will recharge them, so you will be fine for some hours without the case, or for longer periods if you bring the case with you and have some time to recharge.
Some people think the case is too bulky compared to other phones. That is probably a fair point…the size is comparable to a post-it note (see photo for reference) but it’s bulky. Still, I don’t see it as a big issue.
– Comes with extra rubber sizes, but the default one seems to work fine for me.
– I use Android and this still works fine, it just won’t always connect when you put them on, but you can open the Bluetooth menu and click on them, won’t take 5-10 seconds.
– Having buttons is a good way to make sure you are clicking on them on purpose, instead of activating by doing some other random movement.
