Only feel the resistance when I pull it, then it stays at the pulled length, take a long time to bounce back to original…Waste of time. It is not comparable with the one I had previously, too bad I lost mine while traveling.

I received the resistance bands but was a little disappointed as the bands were a bit short for how i use them.
I have ordered pilates bands before and the length was great.
However the bands are very strong and of good quality.

Started with the pink band. That one worked great until I left it in Mexico when we went on vacation lol that is on me. But the Yellow band I started using after losing the pink one. I think it was the 3rd maybe 4th time I used the yellow band for some upper back/shoulder rehab and it just tore in half. Luckily I didn’t have it by my face or anything when it snapped. It was a cheap product so I guess you get what you pay for but just wanted to leave that review. Still the other two bands are fine and work great.
