I ordered this to put away as a Christmas present, so I can’t even try to get my money back. I plugged the cord provided in to the charger (not attached to the console) and it immediately got hot and fried itself in less than 30 seconds. It would of started a fire had I not been watching. So I found another charger cord to charge the product and low and behold it doesn’t work. It just constantly says it’s charging but will never turn on. I wouldn’t waste your money. Such a shame since the rest of the reviews were so positive.
