Simple converter cable, does what is advertised. Quality of sound is fine for most applications. Don’t expect a high end DAC chip in this device. USB C connector end feels good fitting, the ‘gold plating’ on this end really doesn’t do anything, but it looks pretty. The stress relief on both connector ends is very stiff, which may cause problems down the track, but for such a short cable, it shouldn’t be an issue. The 3.5mm jack end is nice an crisp. Plugging in feels very solid on both connections. The length of the 3.5mm barrel is okay, but with the stiff stress reliefs it seems longer than it is.
Cable is a woven cover over fairly thin cables. Looks nice and durable.
While this is not audiophile in any way, neither is the price. For the current price (around AU$15) it is a great little device to give you headphones for phone and computer, does exactly what it is designed for. Only downside is the stiffness of the stress reliefs and the softness of the cable, I can see this getting pinched at some stage

Build quality is pretty good. Fits snuggly into usb on OP6T Can no longer listen to music at max volume using headphones as the DAC on the dongle boosts bass and distorts at higher volumes. Some songs still distort at 70% volume, which the OEM dongle does not distort even at 100%. Using Shure SE-215 for reference.
Works well enough for me not to return.

Bought this to connect my Samsung to my car AUX, sound quality has definitely gone downhill and it can be touch and go if I’m on a phone call. Sometimes it doesn’t allow my phones mic to hear me at all and it can be annoying.
Bit annoyed for how much I spent, but it works well enough that I’ll keep it.

Je l’ai acheté puisque mon nouveau cell n’a pas de prise Jack. Je ne voulais pas acheter d’autres ecouteurs puisqu’ils fonctionnent très bien et ça fait pas longtemps je l’ai. Donc cet adapteur semblait un bon plan.
Le son est certes activé, mais celui-ci sonne en canne et on entends presque rien même si j’augmente le son intense….
Pour le prix que le produit m’a coûté, c’est-à-dire presque rien, le rapport qualité-prix ne déçoit pas: le son est très médiocre

After 3 months of use (5 days a week, to and from work), the wires inside the cable have failed; one side of the head phones cuts out unless I hold the cable in just the right spot. Before the fail though, the adapter worked great.
