どうせ掃除用のブラシも固かったり雑な作りしてるのかと思ってましたが、全然使いやすかったです。ブラシもとても細かく毛先も丁度良い弾力性がありふにゃふにゃ過ぎず使いやすかったです。

This is a good product, easy to use, and gentle on your phone, airpods, pc, etc. The pen tip is rubber, so you won’t damage anything. The cleaning wipe is handy and works well. The brush is soft. I don’t have a desktop, so I don’t know about the keycap. Overall, nice and convenient. Would recommend.

箱が写真の通りでした。
別の商品と一緒に入っていたのですが、その商品と接触して出来たものでは無いと思います。
髪の毛なのか何かの紐なのか、白い毛のようなものがクリーナー部分に挟まれていました（画像参照）
ずっと欲しくて今回購入したのですが、本体に問題はなさそうです。
（これから使用してみて、その結果で星をあげるかも知れません）
ですが他の部分で残念なところがあったので、全体的に星を下げさせていただきます。
